The System for Emergency Response Volunteers in Kansas is a web-based alerting, management and credentialing system used by the Kansas Department of Health & Environment and Medical Reserve Corps Unit Leaders for the management of volunteers who desire to support public health activities and emergencies. Volunteers who are interested in responding to a natural disaster or public health emergency can register in this platform. Healthcare professionals who register, and include health professional license details, will have the credentials verified.
SERV-KS is not a volunteer group or organization. It is simply a tool to collect information potential volunteers and assist the Kansas Medical Reserve Corps units.
