Update KDHE Vital Statistics Call Center Phone Lines Down

For Immediate Release Graphic

Update: The issue has been resolved and the phone lines are restored. Individuals can call 785-296-1400 to contact the Office of Vital Statistics. 

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) announces that its Vital Statistics Call Center is unable to receive phone calls. There is no ETA on when the issue will be resolved. Those needing vital records can visit the KDHE website at kdhe.ks.gov/vital to order via online, phone or mobile app.
