Stream Advisory rescinded for an intermittent unnamed tributary to Coal Creek, Southeast of Emporia

Stream Advisory Rescinded

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has rescinded the stream advisory for an intermittent unnamed tributary to Coal Creek, Southeast of Emporia, for the area South of Road 107 and West of Road M that was issued May 19, 2022. Water samples show no health risk associated with the river. Water contact in the river is now deemed safe.
