Annual Compliance Reports

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), Bureau of Water, Public Water Supply Section is responsible for regulating all public water supply systems in the state and assisting them in providing potable water to the people of Kansas. Annual compliance reports are a summary of Kansas water systems' compliance with drinking water regulations for the previous calendar year. Violations of the maximum contaminant levels (MCL), treatment techniques (TT), and monitoring requirements (M/R) are included in these reports, and have been prepared by KDHE to inform the general public of the quality of drinking water in Kansas and to comply with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).
