Abandoned Mine Land Inventory System
The Abandoned Mine Land Inventory System (e-AMLIS) is not a comprehensive database of all AML features or all AML grant activities. e-AMLIS is a national inventory that provides information about known abandoned mine land (AML) features including polluted waters. The majority of the data in e-AMLIS provides information about known coal AML features for the 25 states and 3 tribal SMCRA-approved AML Programs.

Data Access & Support Center (DASC)
The Data Access and Support Center (DASC) was created by the State of Kansas, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Policy Board. This board was established by the governor in 1989 to develop Kansas GIS technology management policies and direct the Kansas GIS Initiative. The GIS Policy Board consists of directors of the major State, Federal, and local agencies that are utilizing GIS technology.

Kansas Environmental Information Management System (KEIMS)
KEIMS is a new online data management system built to improve communication, enable sharing of site information, and increase the ease and accessibility of business conducted between various regulatory programs within KDHE and the regulated community. KEIMS can be accessed by both internal users (state employees) and external users (site owners, consultants, etc.) to retrieve information and documents about environmentally contaminated or potentially contaminated land in Kansas.
