The Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home Pamphlet is required to be provided to prospective buyers and renters of pre-1978 homes, and residents of homes where renovations will take place. The pamphlet is available in Spanish and other formats, and it can be accessed and ordered through the Environmental Protection Agency website, by calling 800-424-5323, or by completing the Online Document Request Form.

The Renovate Right: Important Lead Hazard Information for Families, Child Care Providers, and Schools Booklet (PDF) contains general information about legal requirements for safe lead practices for homeowners, tenants, child care providers and parents during renovation activities. Also available in Spanish and other formats via the EPA website.
