Online Child Care Licensing Application

Child Care providers will need to create an account to access the  Child Care Licensing Provider Portal. The portal is unavailable each day from noon to 12:15 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. to allow for a system refresh. It may experience system outages Sunday mornings between 6 a.m. and noon to allow for system maintenance.
