Water Well Contractors List
The use of the Kansas Licensed Water Well Contractors List is covered under K.S.A. 2006 Supp. 45-230 in regards to unlawful use of names derived from public records. It states in pertinent part that with the exception of certain professional and vocation organizations, No person shall knowingly sell, give or receive, for the purpose of selling or offering for sale any property or service to persons listed therein, any list of names and addresses contained or derived from public records.
