Regulation Review

Listening & Feedback Sessions

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE)'s Child Care Licensing section has been thoroughly reviewing regulations to better suit the needs of Kansas children, parents, and providers. It is important to us that those interested in advancing early care and education have a seat at the table and a voice in determining the direction of regulated child care across Kansas.
