The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) supports continuity of operations for licensed child care facilities at this time (centers, preschools, day care homes, and school-age programs).
The Bureau of Health Facilities licenses and/or certifies medical care facilities ( i.e. hospitals, critical access hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers) and non long-term-care entities (i.e. licensed only as well as certified home health agencies, rural health clinics, OPPT, ESRDs, hospice providers and mobile x-ray).
